The service provides information on dementia and advice on managing the condition, to help people with dementia stay independent for as long as possible. The service also helps people to navigate other available services to find the right support for them, these include:

- Maintaining independence
- Financial and legal matters
- Caring for people with dementia
- Changes in relationships and behaviour
- Community care
- Long-stay care
- A range of support groups for people affected by dementia
