New Online Consultations System - From 23/05/2023
We will be introducing a new way for patients to get in touch with the surgery. You can continue to get in touch with us the way to do currently, or if you prefer from 23/05/2023 you will be able to use the below online form to request an appointment without having to ring the surgery.
Your request will be reviewed by a GP who will look into your records and advise our admin team to book an appropriate appointment based on your request form.
You will then receive a message or telephone call on the same day from the admin team with an appointment, or a call from the GP if they deem your request to be urgent
The form will be open from 7.30am to 9.00am Monday to Friday.
We will be starting the service with a limited number of appointments each day and then reviewing this periodically and increasing this capacity as and where possible.
Please note all messages sent into the surgery are saved onto your medical record.
